Development over time
One athlete. One Passport. Every sporting chapter.
Keep your sporting journey, goals, achievements and Evidence together in one private, multisport record that can grow with you over time.
Private by default. Multisport by design. Your core Passport does not require a paid subscription.
SPORTS
One Passport, multiple sport profiles
JOURNEY
Keep the moments that matter
GOALS
Track what you are working towards
EVIDENCE

ACHIEVEMENTS

SHARING
Share selected parts on your terms
Your sporting story is bigger than one season, one team or one app.
Development can be scattered across photos, certificates, notes, clubs, schools and short-term systems. Player Passport gives the athlete one place to keep the important parts together over time.
Moments disappear when seasons finish.
Evidence sits in different places.
Changing club or sport can mean starting again.
Progress is hard to see across time.
One persistent athlete record

Controlled private sharing when you choose
How it works
Build a record that develops with you.
One persistent athlete record that can stay with you as sports, clubs, schools and teams change.
Keep multiple sport profiles inside the same Passport instead of starting again for every sport.
Record meaningful moments, goals, achievements and private Evidence over time.
Create a controlled private link containing selected information and revoke it when you want.
Development Over Time
The value is not the snapshot. It is the story that builds.
Player Passport is designed to keep continuity when the usual sporting context changes. A new season, team, school, club or sport does not need to erase what came before.
Your development belongs to the athlete, not to a single season.
Today
Record the moments, goals, achievements and Evidence that matter.
Over a season
Build a clearer picture of what you have been working on.
Across sports
Keep different sporting chapters inside one athlete record.
Over time
Create a portable sporting history that does not reset when context changes.
Free owns the record. Plus connects the dots.
The core Passport stays Free. Player Passport Plus is planned as the connected layer around it, so approved DOT apps can contribute to the athlete record automatically.

Plus is being designed around connections. The aim is to let approved DOT apps and future supported sources add relevant activity to your Passport automatically, while manual recording remains Free.
The principle
Build your Passport yourself for free. Choose Plus later if you want the wider DOT ecosystem to help build it with you.
Private by default.
Player Passport is not a public athlete directory. Private Evidence stays private unless an authorised user deliberately includes it in a controlled share.
Junior and privacy design
Built around athlete control, not public exposure.
- Junior Passports are currently guardian-managed.
- Guardian attestation is not described as independent verification.
- There is no public athlete directory.
- Basic controlled shares can be revoked.
- There is no behavioural advertising in the current product.
- Child-friendly privacy information is publicly available.

Manage a junior athlete Passport through the current guardian flow.
Keep different sports inside one athlete record rather than separate histories.
Questions
Player Passport FAQ
Is Player Passport free?
Yes. The core Passport record is free: sports, Journey moments, goals, achievements, private Evidence and basic controlled sharing.
Can I use more than one sport?
Yes. Player Passport is designed as one persistent athlete record with multiple sport profiles.
Can a parent create one for a child?
Yes. The current junior flow is guardian-managed. The adult records a guardian attestation; this is not presented as independent verification.
Is my Passport public?
No. Player Passport is private by default. There is no public athlete directory.
Can I share with a coach, school or scout?
You can create a controlled private share containing selected information and send that link to a recipient of your choice.
Can I revoke a share?
Yes. Active controlled shares can be revoked from the Sharing screen.
What happens if I change club or sport?
Your Passport is centred on the athlete rather than one club, team or sport, so the same persistent record can continue over time.
What is Player Passport Plus?
Plus is planned as the connected layer around your Passport: approved DOT apps and future supported sources can contribute to the record automatically. Those connections are not live yet.
